Spaghetti Carbonara
boil spaghetti
toss with olive oil and set aside
pan oil
any meat (best- bacon, cheapest- chicken roll)
cook till crispy
remove
use oil from meat
ginger garlic paste
1 onion diced
oregano
garlic salt
add any wine
let reduce
add back meat
toss in spaghetti
3 eggs
keep rotating so eggs just cooked and cover everything
optional 1/4 cup any cheese (best- parmesan, cheapest- cream cheese)
