Cinnamon Rolls (with Caramel Sauce)

1/2 cup warm water
1 tbs sugar
1 packet yeast

let stand

3 cups flour
pinch salt
1/2 cup scalded milk
1/3 cup fat spread
1 egg

knead

add yeast mix

knead

let rise until double 

roll into rectangle

1/4 cup fat spread
sugar
cinnamon

sprinkle over rectangle

cut into strips and roll

spread butter and sprinkle pan with sugar

let rise again

bake till golden
